Sharing the love

Thanks to Amy for raving about THIS AWESOME RECIPE and inspiring me to try it.

I made it last night and, despite all the tofu and brussels sprouts skepticism, this recipe gets five stars from some of the toughest critics around. While complex yet mild flavors had a party in my mouth I found myself thinking, "Why isn't EVERYTHING caramelized?!"...

This may be the beginning of a new cooking phase for me. Watch out.
