GG is right, of course

The rule is if you feel bad anywhere below the neck, you shouldn't exercise. Something like that anyway. But I didn't know any of that before I went out and tried my shoes... I got through TWO eight minute runs and then 5 minutes. It's an improvement. I'll get there. The shoes were everything I hoped they would be. No more uncomfortable right foot. Everything seemed a little less awful.
